Local author wins gold medal

Amadeus Rockefeller is an Ipswich author who is a multi-gold medal award winning Australian-Taiwanese writer who grew up in the 80s and has a diverse background spanning film, TV and radio, the military, electrical engineering, robotics, quantum mechanics, aviation and elementary school teaching.
It was during the Covid lockdown that Amadeus turned to writing as a means of filling in the many hours of not being able to do much else. It was his love of reading and watching fantasy, horror, murder mysteries, comedy and science fiction movies that inspired him to write this first novel.
