AS ROAD damage reports are being assembled around the urban and rural sectors of Ipswich city following the flood in the Bremer River on Friday and Saturday, amid forecasts of more rain this week.
Damage to the road surface on the Five Mile Bridge at Walloon was evident when water subsided as it was in many other parts of the area.
There was a lull in the rain over the weekend and into Monday, but with heavy falls anticipated on Tuesday and Wednesday more flash flooding is expected.
By early Tuesday morning, the Bureau of Meteorology alert station at Ipswich had recorded 156mm for the month of November.
