Think pink for breakfast fundraiser
1 min read

BREAKFAST is the most important meal of the day and this month that will be doubly true when good-hearted Ipswich folk join to help raise much-needed funds to fight breast cancer.

Ipswich Hospital Foundation (IHF) and Brothers Leagues Club will hold the Go Pink Breakfast fundraiser at Brothers Leagues Club on Friday, October 28, in aid of research into breast cancer in the West Moreton region.

“One in seven women will develop breast cancer by their 80s and this month people are asked to Go Pink to support breast cancer care in the region,” an IHF spokesman said.

“With your support, we can make a big difference to breast cancer care in our community.

“All of the money you raise as part of Go Pink with IHF goes directly to our local public hospital and community.

“Your fundraising makes our mission possible.”

Dress in pink to get the chance to win a best-dressed prize.

There will be a raffle and the chance to win lucky door prizes.

The Ipswich Hospital Foundation is a community partner supporting West Moreton Health to deliver healthcare.

Tickets cost $35 and will include a plated breakfast, tea, coffee and juice.

The Go Pink Breakfast will be held at 7am at Brothers Leagues Club, 20 Wildey St, Raceview.
