“Athlete-inspired” workouts could soon be undertaken in Ipswich’s Brisbane St, with a gym seeking a development permit from Ipswich City Council. 

Applicant Body Fit Training (BFT) submitted a Material Change of Use for Indoor Recreation at 81 Brisbane Street. 

The building was previously occupied by Giant Cycling however, the bike shop closed earlier this year. 

The proposal outlined the gym would operate within the already established building, featuring a floor area of 700sqm across both levels.
