ELITE Sales Agent with Ray White Real Estate, Megan Acutt, is now working out of her own office in Rosewood to deliver professional advice and record-breaking sales numbers to the area.

Megan lives at The Bluff and knows the area very well.

She describes her experience as second to none, gaining record prices for her customers in the sales section.

“I have been selling houses in Rosewood and surrounding areas for 15 years, and thought that it was about time to have my own office in Rosewood,” she said.

“My office is open to everyone to come in and have a chat about buying and selling in the area.”

Megan added that her goal was to get the highest price possible and to deliver the best service to all her customers.

“If you are looking at selling your property you definitely want to sell through me, I am well known to achieve and that was shown recently through achieving a $690,000 sale for a house in Rosewood.”

The Ray White business gifts every seller with a take-home glossy, memento booklet containing photographs of their home, a memory keepsake.

“Ray White is a professional brand and we deliver the best, this shows through all of our merchandise that is available for both the buyer and the seller,” she said.

“There are booklets for buyers with the full description and photographs of the houses that we have for sale, and information memorandums … they are absolutely beautiful.”

Megan’s sales have placed her in the top percentage of Sales Agents in the Ray White business. She is now classed as ‘Elite’.

Outside her work in real estate she is kept busy assisting and fundraising for the homeless, something that she is very passionate about.
