ARCHBISHOP Jeremy Greaves visited St Luke’s in the Anglican Parish of Rosewood this month to celebrate the Second Sunday of Advent with the congregation.
The Archbishop plans to visit every Anglican Parish in Queensland.
In Rosewood, he gave parishioners an insight into where the Anglican Church is, what Anglicans can expect and their future goals.
During the Service, he was assisted by baby Adaline and her mother Amber to light the Advent Candles, presented his Sermon and conducted a Healing Service with parishioners.
After the Service morning tea was held and members of the congregation had the opportunity to talk with the Archbishop.
“For the Anglican Parish of Rosewood it was a very enjoyable and blessed morning,” was the general sentiment.
