Curiosity and Creativity at Rosewood State School

Students from Rosewood State School have engaged in creativity and curiosity through outdoor learning and storytelling.

Rosewood State School teacher Kelsie Swan said that the year three and four students were selected to take part in an interactive workshop which was all about learning in an outdoor environment.

“This new fun filled workshop, was called Steam and it was presented by well-known Author Dannika Patterson and Illustrator Megan Forward,” she said.

“Together the team captured the student’s imaginations in an engaging presentation and introduced techniques using their five senses, story starters called wild ideas were also used.”
