On Monday, the doors were shut on the Rosewood Library for four weeks as workers repairs the damage caused in a storm, four years ago. A major hail storm in October 20, caused damage to the roof and to solar panels. The delay in the repairs, according to the Ipswich City Council, was due to difficulty in engaging roofing tradesmen.
