Two Ipswich Paralympians have set off to Tokyo with hopes to build on the five medals already won by local athletes these games.
Triple World Champion and Paralympic Bronze Medallist in Para-canoe, Susan Seipel and para-archer, Taymon Kenton-Smith, will both be competing in the games which started on August 24.
For Susan, it’s her second games, following her bronze in the para-canoe event at the Rio 2016 games.
Her third place in the 200m K1 sprint made Susan the first Australian in history to win a medal in Para-canoe at the games.
